lately, my hand has been shaking too obviously and I also feel it hurt after just a few minutes of drawing. After an hour or two, I would have to put my pen down because then my wrist would hurt whenever I try to move it. I have now developed an awkward way of holding my pen just so I can avoid putting too much pressure with my grip. It’s not just my job that’s affected because of this. Texting or using mobile became too much as well. Even holding table utensils. My thumb, index and middle finger hurt the most so I try to rest them as much as possible.
