I have run into problems that I assume the person I am asking to work with is the sole artist and misunderstandings pop up later

You are wonderful at color. I struggle with it because i'm a chicken. I get it done but very slowly like a turtle.

No slower. Turtles are really Quick! My kids found a really big one, one time we kept for a while that could run up the stairs a lot faster than I can hold the rail now.... 

I use a free version from 2007 CS-3 and 2005 CS-2. Not much different. For a time anyway Adobe was allowing old versions to help young people to learn it. It is not a simple easy program and only certain people can handle it without expensive training. I am entirely self taught. The "Pen Tool" is the most important part of it but that's why I started thinking about the good old fountain pen that I hated in School because they wouldn't let us use any of these "New-Fangled" Bic pens that used a little ball to write and didn't leak in your pocket. No slide rules either, gaddarned bossy teachers !!! Think they know everything
