lately, my hand has been shaking too obviously and I also feel it hurt after just a few minutes of drawing. After an hour or two, I would have to put my pen down because then my wrist would hurt whenever I try to move it. I have now developed an awkward way of holding my pen just so I can avoid putting too much pressure with my grip. It’s not just my job that’s affected because of this. Texting or using mobile became too much as well. Even holding table utensils. My thumb, index and middle finger hurt the most so I try to rest them as much as possible. There’s always this sore and painful feeling whenever I try to use them for gripping and the sensation doesn’t go away even after days of rest.

(You may know this already but I just want to remind because I regret neglecting it)

please Always remember to do stretching before starting to draw.

Hold your pen/brushes lightly.

And It’s okay to take a break.
